Our firm of passionate, committed individuals has a dynamic opportunity for an Associate HR Business Partner to join our Outsourcing team. In this role, you will support multiple clients with diverse missions from across the country. You’ll have the opportunity to impact the talent and culture practices of small to mid-sized nonprofits in all functional areas of HR including but not limited to recruiting and onboarding, benefits, employee relations, performance management and policy/compliance.
Working in partnership with an HR Business Partner, you will own the administration of various complex HR functions, serve as a problem-solver and provide advice to clients and client employees.
