ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Explore cutting edge information on Emotional Intelligence through research, a self-assessment, discussion with peers and knowledge of EQ and Leadership.  Discover the power of having a baseline score for your Emotional Intelligence and what it means to the professional and personal relationships in your life.  Begin to understand why you respond to situations the way you do and what might be obstacles in your leadership.

In this interactive session, participants will learn about Emotional Intelligence and how to improve specific areas of their EQ.  They will leave with specific strategies that will benefit their leadership skills and their personal life.  The new knowledge will add to their effectiveness as a leader.

Participants will take a five-minute assessment at the beginning of the session to assess their Emotional Intelligence.  The assessment results will provide additional self-awareness to their EQ and the categories of EQ.

Participants will discuss how this can be applied to their own leadership and their teams.  The focus is on self-awareness of strengths and areas of Emotional Intelligence that can be improved.  The interactive component will allow additional ideas and concepts to come from the group!
