Miguel Aviles is a well-known advocate for Millennials and an award winning Employee Engagement Strategist. He has over a decade of speaking experience and has advised more than 30,000 professionals, students, job seekers and executives on how to achieve their goals and maximize their potential. He is the immediate past President of Young Government Leaders (YGL), a 10,000 members non-profit with the mission to educate, inspire, and transform the current and future leaders of local, state and federal government. He was also featured at a TEDx event presenting the talk "How to Become a Change-Maker in Today's World".

Miguel will discuss the following and more:

-Learn how to lead your career and life to success by uncovering the secrets to becoming a change agent 

-Close the gaps between your reality and your purpose 

-Discuss strategies, resources, and solutions to enhance your capabilities as a change maker 

-Apply knowledge, skills and resources to develop targeted strategies to promote the change of paradigms 


There will be light refreshments and an opportunity to network before and after the presentation.
