Job Description: Provide support in the overall HR function. Serve as HR Systems Administrator for the Association, collaborating with employees at all levels of the organization to achieve business and strategic objectives. Function as an expert for HR analytics and proactively analyze relationships between data. Oversee benefits for employees and handle personnel issues as they arise. Serve as the liaison between employees and benefit carriers. Oversee the payroll provider by compiling necessary information for the payroll process, and answer staff questions regarding pay, benefits or companies’ policy. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree strongly preferred

Six or more years’ experience in general HR function; three or more years’ experience administering an HRIS
